Pepe Cabeza de Vaca

Pepe Cabeza de Vaca, father of 4 (3 boys and 1 girl), 47 years old, started Social Life News Magazine in November 2004 sold in 2018 in McAllen, Texas. 6 years at Hidalgo County as Assistant Chief of Staff.

Pepe is a native of McAllen and graduated from McAllen Memorial High School. He attended the Universidad de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico in Mass Communications and Public Relations.
